Due to the meticulous standard of workmanship demanded by Manning Construction, it is testament that the air permeability rates of below 4 and SAP values in the high 80s were achieved and are of the highest order.
A good working relationship between the Building Control Surveyor and the Site Agent was maintained throughout the project resulting in a trouble free handover.
